Kashina Allydice-Francis possess a BSc in medical technology and an MSc in biology from Northern Caribbean University. She has over a decade of experience as she participated with Bureau of Standards Jamaica and the Jamaica National Agency for Global Accreditation assisting manufacturing companies and laboratories achieve their certification and accreditation to international standards. Mrs. Allydice-Francis has been integrally involved in leading and assisting laboratories, including the Bureau of Standards Jamaica - microbiology acquire their ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation. At her most recent laboratory and quality management positions of a private food testing laboratory, she led the team through various rounds of international accreditation and re-accredition with a scope of over 15 tests. She was also a member of the Technical Standards Development Committee at the Bureau of Standards Jamaica in which she contributed the development of Technical Standards including the national tissue standard.

Mrs. Shaneca Gourzong-Ferguson holds first degree is in Biotechnology. She has been involved in Food Microbiology and Laboratory Quality Management for close to a decade. She has developed expertise in ensuring the highest standards of quality, accuracy and compliance within the laboratory setting. Mrs Gourzong-Ferguson has been an integral team member who led and assisted a private sector laboratory through multiple rounds of accreditation. She is an assessor for the National Body which provides accreditation to different organisations.
